I rooted my samsung sg-G900H. When I connect it to my PC and look for a COM port, there is no COM port, so I can't connect to it with Qualcomm eXtensible Diagnostic Manager (QXDM). How can I enable serial port access to the modem and connect to it with QXDM?

QXDM logs on Samsung Galaxy S4:
Precondition:
1. Samsung Galaxy S4 phone
2. USB cable
3. QXDM and QPST should be installed on the Windows PC.
4. Select USB debugging on the Mobile Phone
Note:
Steps to enable Developers options->USB debugging on Samsung Galaxy phone:
1. Go to Settings ->More->About Device
2. Tap on the Build number 3-5 times.
3. You will see a Developers option enabled pop-up
4. Go back to Developers options and Select USB debugging
Steps:
1. Connect the mobile device to your Windows PC with the USB cable
2. Install the Samsung USB drivers
3. Once the USB driver is installed you will get a AutoPlay pop-up in windows close the pop-up
4. Open the device manager on your PC and check the following:
- Universal Serial Bus controllers -> Samsung Mobile USB composite Device
- Samsung Android Phone
- Modems -> Samsung Mobile USB Modem
- Portable Devices -> SAMSUNG-SGH-I337
5. Right click on the Samsung Mobile USB Modem and select Properties
6. Go to the Diagnostic Tab and select Append to Log Check box.
7. Click on the Query Modem button, the Modem properties should be shown.
8. Click on the Query Modem button, the Modem properties should be shown.
9. Open the phone application and dial *#0808#. The USB Settings will open
10. From the AP USB settings select the radio button 'RNDIS + DM + MODEM' and Click OK.
11. Following entries should appear in the Device Manager:
- Modems -> SAMSUNG Mobile USB Modem
- Network Adapters -> SAMSUNG Mobile USB Remote NDIS Network Device
- Ports -> SAMSUNG Mobile USB Serial Port (COMxx)/SAMSUNG Mobile USB Serial Port
(COMxx)
- Universal Serial Bus controllers -> Samsung Mobile USB composite Device
12. Open QPST Configuration the mobile device should appear in the Active Phones section. If it does not appear follow the below steps:
- Click on the Add new Port button
- You can see the list of ports
- Select COMxx - USB/QC diagnostic port (This port number should be same as SAMSUNG
Mobile USB Serial Port (COMxx))
- Once you select this you can see the Active phone sections shows a Phone connected to
COMxx port
13. Start the QXDM -> Go to options -> Communications -> In the Target Port select COMxx and click OK
14. Go to View -> Select Item View and make a call from the mobile phone the logs will appear
So now you can take the QXDM logs on the Samsung Galaxy S4. Enjoy!!!!!!
